dear all, we're still a very new site here on otos so there's a lot to do in terms of forum maintenance and upkeeping! hence this hastily put together announcenent looking for new members of staff to help out  probably the first things you'll be asking yourselves is what will you have to do? well, wonder no further!admin position, a yes, the once in a lifetime opportunity to become administrator alongside moi! if that isn't enough of a reason in of itself then here's what you help to work on within the forum: world-building and development (we have current foundations but there's endless opportunity for this world to grow and expand), event organisation and planning, meeting members and taking on the role of a mommabird to newbies, keeping the forum safe from lawless rule-breakers aaaaaand on top of that, you also get to boss others around and acquire the administrator title under your username. sounds dreamy amirite? mod position, mods are an equally important part of the forum staff but the role isn't as big a commitment so for those of you hesitating or feeling lacking in something (time, experience, your love for me) then by all means, sign up for this position! you'll be helping to take care of the general tasks such as thread archiving, advertising and moderating but more importantly, you'll also be a part of the discussions for the future and direction of the plot and forum!! well then, now that you know what to expect, send me a pm expressing your interest or any questions  thank you!v out~ |
